1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Wasimba Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Wasimba Labs provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Payment integration solutions
• E-commerce development
• Retail software solutions
• Custom software development
• Consulting services

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are outlined in project contracts
• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all intellectual property rights in work products created by Wasimba Labs shall be owned by the client upon full payment. Wasimba Labs retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wasimba Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination, payment for completed work shall be due within 30 days.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Tanzania and the United States, depending on the jurisdiction of the specific project agreement.
