2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as specified in the project agreement
  • Significant delays caused by Wasimba Labs without client contribution
  • Fundamental failure to meet agreed-upon requirements
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of project initiation (for new projects only)

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed work that meets the agreed specifications
  • Consultation and planning services that have been delivered
  • Third-party costs (hosting, licenses, etc.) that have been incurred
  • Projects cancelled due to client-side delays or changes in requirements
  • Custom software development after initial delivery and acceptance

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the issue occurrence
  2. Provide detailed explanation of the refund request
  3. Allow us 5-10 business days to review your request
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • The amount of work completed and delivered
  • Resources already allocated to the project
  • Third-party costs that cannot be recovered
  • Time invested in project planning and setup

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to:

  • Discuss the matter directly with our project manager
  • Request escalation to senior management
  • Consider mediation through appropriate business channels

7. Payment Method for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Existing projects will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of the original agreement.
